I shot the wonderful Davidson Family in downtown Portland a week or so ago. Ella did so good for the shoot. I had fun chasing her around. The Davidson's also brought their dog with them to join the family. There will soon be a new addition to the family....I can not wait :) Thanks to the Davidson's for giving me the opportunity to take your family pics. I look forward to meeting your new little one very soon! Here are my favorites...

Hello Everyone....I am back home and back to work. If you need anything please feel free to call or email me today :) Here are just a couple quick images from Mexico. The sunset is from the balcony on the ship the first night at sea. We had some great sunsets. At our stop in Cabo I HAD to hold the baby lion. So cute :) Couple images of Dan and I with the little lion. Will post more photos from various shoots soon....If you are waiting for your sneak peak stay tuned and check back...I will be catching up this week.
I am in Mexico! I am celebrating my bday with my hubby on a cruise to Mexico. Yeah! Just wanted to let everyone know I will be gone until Monday Nov. 19 and have VERY limited email. Hang in there with me and if you dont hear from me know I will be in touch on the 19th. Until then....

For these photos we took a trip to the Portland Rose Garden. The funny part is we avoided all roses :) I really wanted to have the fall look and the Garden is still a beautiful place to go no matter what. The ground was a little damp but we made it happen. I have posted Keeley and Myles a couple times on my site so you may reconize them. I just love them to pieces. I still remember Debbie telling me that photographers make Keeley cry the first time I met them. I remember thinking....Oh boy...Thanks for the warning. But for whatever reason my children magic that I seem to have worked perfectly and Keeley was perfect. I had Dan shoot a couple quick ones of Keeley and I too. Myles is growing like a weed and cute as ever. We have been taking his pics every three months and I am always excited to see how big he is. Thanks to the McCord family for coming to see me once again. I had a great time with you guys as always! Here are my favorites so far...

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fall. Our house is in fall colors, the studio is in fall colors....Yes it is my favorite time of the year. I took these photos in downtown Portland near Portland State. Its pretty much the campus blocks but we call them Park Blocks. We were waiting for a client to meet us for thier shoot and I just kept starting at how beautiful the colors were and how the light was peaking through. It was perfect.

Have you ever tried taking photos with 7 kids of all different ages? Now that is what I call a challenge. Its next to impossible to get EVERY single kid looking their absoulte best. Of course the real photo was the 4 sets of parents standing behind me trying to get their kid to smile. I really needed a photo of that. The shoot actually went really well and I got to prove just how patient I am with kids. I think we nailed the shot too with all the grandkids and grandma and grandpa. I did a few breakdowns as well. The fall is so awesome. I know I say that everytime but the recent shoots all have been great. The fall colors really add a little something. Thanks to the Ortiz family for letting me take your photos. Here are my favorites...

I shot Emily's senior photos at U of O. I love this time of year so much. Even the places I shoot at all year long have such a different look and feel to them this time of the year. The colors and the leaves are awesome. Emily and I had a great time wondering around U of O. The weather turned out to be perfect for us. Thanks Emily for hanging out with me and giving me the honor of taking your senior photos. Here are my favorites...

I took photos ot the Taylor family last fall and was able to make them some aweome Christmas Cards. This year the added their dog Hershey. Hershey behaved quite well for the photo shoot. I am looking forward to designing cards again for them this year. Thanks to the Taylor family for giving me the opprotunity to take your photos once again! Next year mom and dad better be in the photos! Here are a couple of my favorites.

These were shot in Reno last weekend. LOVE THEM! Engagements are so much fun. It gives everyone a chance to get to know each other before the big day. It can really help make the wedding photos go so much smoother. The three of us and my assistand Jen had a great time wondering around downtown Reno. You may reconize the awesome Red Wall which I used for my sisters senior photos. I could not resist visiting it again. Thanks to Rich and Sarah for haning out with me! I had a great time working with you both...Here are my favorites.
